So, you have a child with special needs and you are overwhelmed with lots of information...
| Q. How can you make sense of it all? |
| Q. How can you keep it all straight? |
Your Folder of Information and Life Experiences (FILE) will help you organize the information that you gather- the information that you will need - and the information that you share with others along the way. This system of record keeping has been developed for you and for all South Dakota parents. It has often been said: "I didn't know what to keep until I needed information on my child and then I didn't have it or couldn't find it."
Included in the system's carrying case are 10 folders, self-explanatory or with simple instructions, to help you sort and then find papers related to:
Family Records
Developmental History
Medical
Therapies
