Health Care and Information Center

The Family to Family Health Care Information and Education Program can help families find their way through the maze of services and resources by offering referrals and information regarding a variety of programs, health care providers and financial resources.

The Family to Family Program of South Dakota is supported through a federal grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Through this grant we also offer workshops to parents, educators and professionals who work with children who have special health care needs throughout the state of South Dakota. Some of these workshops include:
