TSA Cares
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has launched TSA Cares to assist travelers with disabilities or medical conditions. TSA Cares is a toll-free helpline, 1-855-787-2227. When someone calls the helpline, a TSA representative will provide information about subjects screening that is relevant to the passenger's specific disability or medical condition, or the passenger may be referred to experts at TSA. The helpline operates from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. (EST) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays. After hours, travelers can find information at TSA Cares website. You may also e-mail TSA at TSA-ContactCenter@dhs.gov.
